BEGINNER WORKOUT

Intro class. Participants learn foundational VXN moves and engage in beginner-friendly routines during the first half of class. In the second half, we break down one choreographed VXN routine, step by step. We learn, we practice, and then we perform by the end of the hour!
Whether you're new to VXN or a longtime lover, this class is great for anyone to join in on the fun!
VXN WORKOUT

Pulse-pounding choreography and feel-good dance cardio. Set to hot beats and exciting remixes in a high-energy atmosphere, this is where performance meets fitness. This workout is for anyone looking to let loose, dance, and work up a sweat! All levels welcome!
VXN PWR HOUR
50 MIN
Intense, feel-good cardio, and heart-racing choreography in a high energy atmosphere. We turn it up a notch to give you a powerful workout. This class is perfect for VXN enthusiasts or regulars seeking a serious sweat!
VXN TIPS
Wear workout shoes (no heels please)
Bring water to stay hydrated & a towel to wipe off all that sweat!
Doesn't hurt to wear your favorite shade of lipstick & your favorite workout clothing
Some VXN moves and routines require time and practice, meaning it's completely normal if certain moves aren't clicking the first time around!
