Dance and movement has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I spent many summers rehearsing and performing in several plays and musicals, and many of my nights studying and training at dance studios. For several years I had the opportunity to study ballet, broadway jazz, hip hop, modern dance, latin dance, and my absolute favorite —  flamenco! 

After graduating from UCLA, I made the move to NYC where I was first introduced to VXN — from that moment on, I knew I had found my space and my community. I continued attending classes for several years, then embarked on my own journey as a certified VXN instructor in the summer of 2022. 

As an instructor, I strive to cultivate an environment where women feel empowered to become the fiercest versions of themselves. With a background in education, my ultimate love language is teaching, challenging, and motivating others —  nothing feels more rewarding to me than seeing my girls walk out of class feeling much more confident and stronger an hour later.
