VXN FAQs
Do I need dancing experience?
None at all!
We intentionally break down steps and choreographed routines before and throughout class to teach proper technique, and ensure you feel comfortable taking that next step.
What is a VXN class like?
VXN is the only program that blends concert-stage performance techniques with high-energy dance workouts, helping you feel like a star while you break a sweat! We encourage participants to let loose, and transform into their "alter-ego," often referred to as "channeling your inner diva or performer!" Every workout contains choreographed routines that blend cardio, strength, and fun all together, leaving you feeling empowered after every session.
Regular attendance is key to building muscle memory and boosting confidence. Most participants find it even more enjoyable with friends!
How intense is a class?
Each VXN class is filled with choreographed routines that blend cardio and strength. New participants can expect to burn 300-600 calories in 60 minutes. Once muscle memory has been developed, you can expect to burn up to 1,000 calories!
How long does it take to learn the moves and routines?
Nailing the different moves and routines in VXN can take some time, however, many new participants see significant improvement after just a few weeks of weekly classes! Regular attendance not only enhances your VXN skills, but also boosts your overall strength, stamina, and confidence ✨
What should I wear?
For the best experience possible and for your safety, wear workout clothes and workout shoes. Please refrain from wearing heels, as VXN is a high impact cardio class.
FIRST CLASS TIPS
⭐ Wear workout shoes (no heels please)
⭐ Sport your favorite shade of lipstick & your favorite workout clothing
⭐ Bring water to stay hydrated & a towel to wipe off all that sweat!
⭐ Some VXN moves and routines require time and practice. Give yourself some grace if certain moves aren't clicking the first time around — this is completely normal!
