Do I need dancing experience?
None at all! Instructors break down steps and routines before and during class to make sure you feel comfortable taking that next step. Instructors spend ample time teaching proper technique.
What should I wear?
For the best experience possible and for your safety, wear workout clothes and workout shoes. Please refrain from wearing casual sneakers or heels.
What is a VXN class like?
Each class creates a club-like atmosphere where participants can let loose and transform into their "alter-ego" or as we like to say, "channeling your inner Beyonce, Shakira, and JLo." Participants complete intense muscle toning movements masked behind bold choreography, hot music, and tons of booty-shaking fun!
Most clients find success with VXN when they attend classes on a weekly basis. Most also find it more enjoyable with friends! 👯♂️
How intense is a class?
New participants can expect to burn 400-600 calories in 60 minutes. Once you've developed muscle memory, you can expect to burn up to 1,000 calories!

All classes take place at Dancer University located at 11660 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
